Better Conversations. More Revenue. Your Time Back.

If you are a service-based founder who is ready to delegate sales but want to know your clients will be in good hands, you are in the right place.

Let's Talk!

You’ve built something great. Now, it’s time to make it easier.

You’ve grown your business through relationships, referrals, and doing incredible work. But lately, it feels like your days are filled with follow-ups, calls, and proposals that never end.

You want to hand off sales, but not to someone who will treat your clients like transactions. You have worked too hard to risk losing the trust you have built.

You are looking for someone who can sell with care, communicate clearly, and close confidently. Someone who will represent your business the way you would.

That is where I come in.

Two artists in front of a pink wall displaying various colorful pixel art teddy bear paintings, some with framed borders, and one on an easel. The man is sitting on a stool, smiling, wearing a light gray T-shirt with a bear face graphic, and holding paint supplies. The woman is standing, smiling, wearing a blue T-shirt with the same bear face graphic, black shiny pants, and sneakers.
Group of young people outdoors, wearing matching teal shirts with white text, some with jackets, posing for a photo on a paved area with grass and small bushes in the background.
Group of children and adults gathered outdoors for a community event or celebration, standing under a wooden shelter with a yellow poster in the background.

From Dance Studios to Consulting: My Entrepreneurial Journey

I have always been entrepreneurial, from running a neighborhood dance studio as a kid to serving in the Peace Corps and later helping private practice owners and artists grow their businesses. Each experience taught me something about leadership, communication, and what drives success.

After nine years in academia, I realized the traditional path was not for me. I wanted to make a bigger impact, so I shifted into small business consulting. Since then, I have supported hundreds of entrepreneurs—artists, coaches, authors, and founders—helping them build sustainable growth through better communication, smarter strategy, and meaningful client relationships.

My work now centers on helping founders delegate sales with confidence and build businesses that scale sustainably. I intentionally work with just three clients at a time so every project receives my full attention. When I’m not taking sales calls, you can usually find me hosting a pop-up craft night through my creative brand, Crafts.LOL — or at the dog park with my mini Bernedoodle, Nico.
