We build your weekly scorecard from scratch, set your quarterly targets, and make sure the math behind your one-year goal actually holds. We close by walking through how Decisions and Discipline will keep the system running once our time together ends.

What do I need to do before the session? After you book, we schedule a short 20-minute kickoff call. During the kick-off, I walk you through exactly what you need to do, introduce the 4D Operating Blueprint and the pre-work exercises. The pre-work before our 3-hour session will take you about 90 minutes. When you are done, you send it back to me and we schedule the full three-hour session.

Some founders choose to continue into ongoing 1:1 work after the session. It is a three-month engagement built around one full operating quarter. We meet weekly, review your scorecard, work through decisions together, and make sure the system keeps running. We will talk about whether it makes sense at the end of your session. There is no obligation to decide in advance.
